The SendaGuy Now app removes the risk and the hassle of doing business with small, independent restaurants in NYC. Because you’re basically doing business with us.

Our technology automatically matches independent NYC restaurants that need commercial service work with the exact credentials of your nearest qualified technician. Your dispatcher is offered the work, and with one click, the job is yours.
Once that is done, you just need to set up someone in the office who will be the contact person for any work from SendaGuy Now (this can be your dispatcher or other office worker who can accept work from SendaGuy Now):
When a Customer requests work – Our optimized search algorithm looks for the closest service technician/tradesmen with the skills to perform the requested work.
If the job requires more work than the Diagnostic Fee, then a proposal is provided within the SendaGuy Now app. Once approved, the customer credit card is again pre-authorized, and when the job is complete the credit card will be charged and the fee transferred to your bank account.
You will be able to rate your experience with the customer, and the customer will be able to rate you. All ratings are monitored by SendaGuy Now.
Yes, the tax should be included in your diagnostic.
All that we require is a filled out ACORD form.
Whatever their standard warranty is, that is what they give the customer. SendaGuy Now is just a platform, we do not warrant or dictate warranty coverage.

The setting on the dashboard and the phone are the same. The technician can be turned on or off from either their phone or by the browser dashboard.
Yes, it’s on your time so you will be getting paid.

The part price will show up in the estimate you provide, which is when the Restaurant will either approve/disapprove. You can provide the part yourself. You sell the part to the restaurant customer at your price, and you include in the proposal that you provided them for the repair.
If the app is not in the “Available” setting, the system will not send you work.
As part of your profile, SendaGuy Now would have all of your credentials, license, certificates, etc. on file. Should your technician be required to show a COI to building management while on a SendaGuy Now service call, he can contact our support team from the job site who can email, fax or text the COI, on your behalf, to any party requesting it. This way your tech doesn’t lose time in getting the needed COI to whoever is asking.
